The Gathering: A Full Moon Ceremony of Gratitude, Reflection & Honoring the Whole of Your Life
What a year it's been.
Perhaps 2026 has been one of the most extraordinary years of your life. A year of joy, love, adventure, new beginnings, and dreams coming true.
Or perhaps it's been one of the hardest. A year of heartbreak, loss, uncertainty, unexpected endings, or challenges that brought you to your knees.
Maybe it's been a little bit of everything.
Or maybe it's been beautifully, wonderfully ordinary.
Whatever this year has held for you, your journey deserves to be honored.
So often, we move from one experience to the next, one season to another, one year to another, without ever truly pausing to recognize all that we've lived. We celebrate the highs, try to move past the lows, and sometimes overlook the quiet moments and the people who helped carry us through.
But what if we gave ourselves permission to pause?
To look back at the whole of our experience. The beautiful, the heartbreaking, the messy, the unexpected, and everything in between.
To acknowledge what we've been through without needing to change it, explain it, or find meaning in it before we're ready.
As we approach Thanksgiving and November's Beaver Moon, The Gathering invites you into an intimate evening of self reflection, connection to your heart, and genuine gratitude.
Together, we'll move through five stages:
PAUSE: Step out of the rush of life and into the present moment.
REMEMBER: Look back and recognize all that this year has held.
HONOR: Embrace every season of your journey with compassion and care.
WITNESS: Give yourself the space to truly see and acknowledge your lived experience.
GIVE THANKS: Open your heart to the people, moments, and gifts that have carried you through it all.
Through guided meditation, intentional reflection, journaling, sound healing, and opportunities for meaningful connection, we'll create space to honor not only where we've been, but also the ways we've been supported along the way.
Because even in our hardest seasons, there may be moments of unexpected beauty. A friend who kept showing up. A kind word when we needed it most. Someone who reminded us we weren't alone. Our own breath supporting us through the unimaginable.
And in our most joyful seasons, there is something beautiful about slowing down long enough to truly savor and celebrate all that life has given us.
We don't all arrive in the same season of life. Some of us are celebrating. Some are grieving. Some are rebuilding. Some are simply finding our way.
And there is room for all of us.
There is no expectation to share, no pressure to feel grateful for something painful, and no need to arrive with anything figured out. Come exactly as you are.
Perhaps the greatest gift we can give ourselves is the willingness to stop long enough to witness our own lives, and to recognize that through every high and low, we are part of something deeply human.
Come as you are. Bring your whole year with you. There is room for all of it.
