1. Non-Refundable Deposit I understand that, if accepted and I choose to reserve my space, the retreat deposit is 100% non-refundable, subject to the retreat booking agreement and applicable law.

2. Payment Schedule & Responsibility I understand that the retreat has a designated payment schedule and that I am responsible for ensuring all required payments are submitted by their stated deadlines.

3. Travel & Retreat Insurance I understand that purchasing travel/retreat insurance is strongly recommended and that I am personally responsible for researching, selecting, and purchasing a policy appropriate for my needs. This may include coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and other unexpected circumstances. I understand that securing coverage is my responsibility from the time I make my deposit.

4. Retreat vs. Personal Vacation I understand that a Jenstar Retreat is an intentionally curated group experience rather than an individually customized vacation. I recognize that the retreat may include movement practices, cultural experiences, group activities, and personal downtime. I agree to approach the experience with respect for fellow participants, hosts, and local communities. I also recognize that my personal choices, participation, and attitude contribute to the overall retreat experience—not only my own, but that of everyone involved.
