Melissa Cuny

After decades of yoga practice (yes, she started back when leg warmers were a thing), and over 20 years as a certified instructor, Melissa is bringing her joyful, hands‑on teaching style to Jenstar. She’s been a longtime Jenstar student, so joining the teaching team feels a bit like coming home — just with more yoga mats and fewer cats trying to sit on them.

Before Jenstar, she owned and operated Boundless Yoga in Howard, WI, where she built a community full of curiosity, laughter, and “wow, I didn’t know my body could do that” moments. She loves working with beginners most of all, helping them feel confident, supported, and maybe even a little proud of themselves after every class.

When she’s not teaching, she lives in Suamico with her husband Jim, and has two grown sons Sam and William, and two cats — Freddy and Duke. Her life is full, her heart is open, and she’s thrilled to share her passion with the Jenstar community.
