Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance judgment-free, safe space to find expression through movement. Come and move as you are... literally you just dance your heart out (breaks welcome) in a 90 minute span. Ecstatic dance is a drug and alcohol-free experience! The music is all produced in 528hz which will provide healing and grounding energy. We will have a cozy corner for breaks and meditation. There is no talking on the dance floor. We honor each other's space and respect the journey! ALL bodies, abilities, and ages are welcome to attend. Opening Circle begins at 7:00 p.m. with a guided breathing and grounding practice, followed by dance. Please register in advance. Investment: $20  This offering is Facilitated by Tree's Yoga.
