Ryan Dart

Trainer

Ryan has been active his entire life playing many sports as a youth. In high school football, basketball, and track is where he spent most of his time outside of class. In college he played Rugby at the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse. After college Ryan was searching for something where his competitive nature would be fulfilled. He started running 5k, 10k, and Half Marathons in addition to training with weights. Well-rounded, high intensity, functional workouts spark a true passion that remains to this day. Ryan’s positive and encouraging training style has meshed well with everyone, from every fitness ability looking to get in better shape and live a healthier life.
